Aloe Vera gel, undiluted, can be topically applied to acne and skin conditions like psoriasis for a healing effect. It is a nice alternative to greasy creams and expensive concoctions. It is also a great way to avoid chemicals in your cosmetics that you may not want touching your sensitive skin.
At the same time Aloe Vera can be applied directly to the scalp and massaged in with a carrier oil like oil of lavender or oil of comfrey. Then the hair can be wrapped up in warm towels for an hour or so and rinsed out as a sweet smelling conditioner pack.
Finally, like all herbs Aloe has a gentle cleansing effect on the bodt when drank. Aloe gel or juice can be diluted with water or juice and drank to soothe ulcers and tonify the digestive system.
It was Aloe that healed up some serious ulcers I developed in my last year of my undergraduate degree that had reduced me to diet of plain rice and plain chicken. At first the taste was unfamiliar but its not unpleasant and like cucumber with a twist of citrus.
But the cooling healing results were immediate.
I hope this little tip can help you find a cooling way to soothe and nourish your body this summer. - Amy
Thank you for posting this article, it is very informative. Before I just know aloe vera can treat skin problems and never heard of aloe vera juice. I'll definitely going to try The Miracle Drink Aloe Vera Juice.
