I have been sitting here thinking about how great everything
was going for me at the beginning of this year when I had lost sixty five
pounds and I was cycling regularly due to my PCOS System that I was taking
faithfully. Then I got off my diet and
slowly started gaining weight back. In
April my cycle stopped again. I was just so upset I never stopped to think that
I did it to myself by going off my diet and gaining back thirty pounds. Well it
took me three months to get into my thick head that I was the one that did
this, the supplements did not fail me.
I failed myself.
I had made the decision to get me back a couple weeks
ago. I started back on my diet again
and have lost six pounds in that short time and my body is starting to work for
itself again. It is surprising to think
that being over weight can cause many issues in your body. I know that as women with PCOS this is not
an easy road to travel. It is probably
one of the biggest obstacles in our life holding us back from the things in
life we want, whether it be a baby or just a healthier you.
Even though we have to work harder for the things we want in
life doesn't mean it is impossible. We
can have all the same things that other women have. This is why it is so great that we have each other to lean
on. We can and will do this
together. ~Tammy
