Everyone always says, "Just eat your fruits and
vegetables and everything will be alright." Will it? As a woman with
PCOS I know that ALL the sugars I eat will turn to fat. That means ALL. Natural sugars that are in all fruits will store as fat for me. I have talked to many women with PCOS and without and some can eat fruits just
fine and they are beneficial to them, but some cannot.
I am one of those that cannot. I love apples and oranges and bananas, but they don't like
me. It is unfortunate, but it is
reality. What about you, fellow PCOS
women? Can you eat fruits and not gain
weight? Do you even care? Maybe you just like those fruits so much
that it is worth the sacrifice. Please
